Dear Christmas Village merchants,

It is with very heavy hearts that we are writing to tell you that we have no choice but to cancel Christmas Village 2020. We had envisioned a wonderful show as we were celebrating our 60th anniversary and were excited to implement plans to improve upon our first show in the new buildings at the Fairgrounds Nashville. This decision was not taken lightly. As a board and an entire organization, we have spent months exploring possible solutions that would have allowed the show to go on while fearing that this sad day still might come.  We have followed the current environment closely and monitored the ever-increasing number of COVID cases in Nashville.  Now that Metro Nashville has regressed from Phase three back to two, we must take in to account the possible risk to merchants, volunteers and shoppers.  Even if restrictions are lifted prior to November, we made the difficult decision that the risk to all parties is too great to host the show this year.

We are so grateful for your patience and support during these unprecedented times. We do hope that we will host a wonderfully successful show in 2021 where we will celebrate our 60th anniversary a year late and that you will be a part of this celebration!

If you prepaid your booth fee, we will be refunding your payment. We will be emailing to confirm your mailing address prior to mailing checks. We will be keeping your $100 deposit (returning merchants paid in November 2019) and will use them to secure your booth for the 2021 show. The dates will be November 11-14, 2021. You will keep your booth and location that you would have had at the 2020 show.

We wish you all a healthy and safe remainder of 2020 and look forward to seeing you in November 2021. Booth applications for 2021 will be available February 1, 2021. We do have some openings which we will wait to fill then if you know of any good vendors who want to be a part of Christmas Village 2021.

Be safe!
