Dear Christmas Village merchants,
We hope this finds you healthy and safe in this crazy time. We are working on Christmas Village 2020 like we are going to have our show, business as usual. We are hoping this will be the case, as 2020 is our 60th Christmas Village. Unfortunately, there is so much that we don’t know at this point. Because of the uncertainty, we are going to delay billing 30 days. Bills will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org around August 10th and will be due in full by August 31st. This year, all monies paid will be refundable, except for your $100 deposit, which will be applied to your account for 2021 in the event that we cancel the show or you deem it not safe to participate.
We will continue to correspond with you. We will be making a decision about the show in early September – trying to not make a rash decision, but also trying to make a prudent one for the health and safety for all involved.
