Prospective Merchants

Due to the long-standing success of Christmas Village, most of our merchants return each year, leaving few openings.  However, Christmas Village is always looking for potential new vendors.

If you are interested in applying for booth space for this year's (2012) Village, please complete the application (to be updated by March 1, 2012) and return it to Prospective Merchant Chairman, Christmas Village, P.O. Box 158826, Nashville, Tennessee 37215.

In approximately mid-April, we will begin considering applications. Please understand that these requests typically number more than 300 for about 20 booth positions.

Applications are not considered on a first-come-first-served basis, but relative to the overall content of the Village. However, you are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible.

For your information, booths are rented in two sizes: 10-foot x 10-foot, and 20-foot x 10-foot. All booths have eight foot high curtains on three sides and are carpeted. Only red curtains are available. Please see the application form for current prices.
